Time for arrival of your package at our warehouse totally depends on what shipping method your seller uses.
Airfreight: After we receive your package at the warehouse it takes max 1 week to be ready for pickup or delivery.

You can pay with Cash, Debit and Credit Card as well as Local Bank transfer. Please take note that upon the use of bank transfer the payment should reach our account prior to Pickup or Delivery.
Yes, You may have someone else pickup your package as long as you authorize this person through our registration system.
Yes, we do have a storage fee if package is not picked up within a week after it was ready for pickup. Please note that you may also make use of our delivery service if needed.
After 1 month we are no longer responsible for any package that has not been picked up. The package is disposed from our local warehouse.

The customs value is de product price of the goods, plus the shipping and insurance costs until the 1st place of discharge in Curacao.

The laws and regulations which are used to calculate the customs value are based upon Article VII of the “Algemene Overeenkomst betreffende Tarieven en Handel (GATT)
Once your package arrives at our warehouse and it is registered into our system you may at all times check the status update in our system by logging in into your account.
Please note that in order for us to do the customs clearance for medicines; you must first have a doctor’s prescription. This prescription should be submitted at “Inspectie voor de Volksgezondheid at Schouwburgweg 24-26 APC Complex” in order to get the relevant document stamped and approved for import.
Please note that in order for us to do the customs clearance for drones; you must first submit the invoice to the “Bureau Telecommunicatie & Post and “Aviation Department of Curaçao” in order to get their stamp of approval. The stamped invoice should be uploaded into our system or send by email.
By damage or loss of the item, you will receive between 100% – 150% of the item value. Local charges still will have to be paid (in some cases).
All shipments will be charged an insurance fee of 1% of the CIF value with a minimum of $1.
1. You must open your package in our office to check the content and the condition of the package. No claims are accepted after leaving our office.
